Participants who do not make accommodation reservations through the organization secretariat at one of the congress hotels must pay an external participation fee in addition to the congress registration fee to access the congress hotel during the congress. The “External Participant Fee” applied by the hotel will be implemented according to the table above. This fee covers facility usage between 09:00 and 23:59. Additional charges may apply for usage outside of these hours.
Accommodation fees cover a 3-night all-inclusive package, with check-in on November 19, 2026 and check-out on November 22, 2026. The accommodation package cannot be split for accommodation requests.
Participants who do not book accommodation must pay an additional external participation fee on top of the registration fee.
Prices do not include VAT (10%) and accommodation tax (2%).

- Children over the age of 12 are considered adults.
- The stated accompanying person fee is valid for a maximum of 2 additional accompanying persons staying in the same room. If there are more than 2 accompanying persons, please contact the organizing agency for a customized price.
- The accompanying person fee includes 3 nights of accommodation.
- For children’s participation, please send your request and copies/images of the children’s ID documents to eacem@brosgroup.net. The secretariat will then add the relevant fee to your shopping cart.

Transfer
Group Transfer (Round Trip): EUR 140.00
- Transfer fees are valid for group transfers with arrival on November 19, 2026 and departure on November 22, 2026. For transfer requests on any other dates, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to August 1, 2026 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made on or after August 2, 2026 are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
