Participants who do not make accommodation reservations through the organization secretariat at one of the congress hotels must pay an external participation fee in addition to the congress registration fee to access the congress hotel during the congress. The “External Participant Fee” applied by the hotel will be implemented according to the table above. This fee covers facility usage between 09:00 and 23:59. Additional charges may apply for usage outside of these hours.

Cancellation Policy
- 1 Ağustos 2026 tarihine kadar olan iptallerde %50 iptal cezası bulunmaktadır.
- 1 Ekim 2026 tarihinden itibaren %100 iptal cezası bulunmaktadır.
