Bülent Güngörer

Associate Professor Dr. Bülent GÜNGÖRER, an academic and emergency medicine specialist, was born on November 1, 1983, in Karaman, Turkey. After completing his primary and secondary education in Karaman, he was admitted to the Faculty of Medicine at Ondokuz Mayıs University, from which he graduated in June 2010. Subsequently, he passed the Medical Specialization Exam and began his residency in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine, completing his specialization in March 2015. In his professional career, he has served at Yozgat State Hospital, Yozgat City Hospital, and Karaman State Hospital. After holding the position of Deputy Chief Physician at Yozgat City Hospital in 2017, he was appointed as the Deputy Chief Physician Coordinator of Bilkent City Hospital in 2019. In 2020, he was appointed as Assistant Professor at the Emergency Medicine Clinic of Bilkent City Health Practice and Research Center, University of Health Sciences. As of March 2022, he earned the title of Associate Professor. In September 2022, he was appointed as the Founding Coordinator Chief Physician of Etlik City Hospital, where he served for two years. As of September 2024, he continues to work as a Training Officer at the Emergency Medicine Clinic of Bilkent City Hospital. He is married and the father of two daughters.
