Mustafa Ulusoy

I graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 2009. Following my medical education, I specialized in Emergency Medicine and obtained my specialist degree from the same university in 2020. I have been serving as a member of the National Medical Rescue Team (UMKE) for approximately 14 years. During this period, I have participated in numerous national and international disaster response and humanitarian missions. In 2024, I took part in the founding team of İzmir City Hospital, serving as Deputy Chief Physician during its establishment phase. I am currently working as the Chief Physician of Urla State Hospital. My professional interests include disaster medicine, military medicine, and digital transformation in healthcare.
