Participants who do not make their accommodation reservations at one of the congress hotels through the congress organization secretariat are required to pay an external participation fee in addition to the congress registration fee in order to access the congress hotel during the congress period. The hotel’s “External Participant Fee” will be applied according to the table above. This fee covers the use of hotel facilities between 09:00 and 23:59. The hotel may charge additional fees for usage outside these hours.
Accommodation fees cover a 3-night all-inclusive package stay with check-in on November 19, 2026 and check-out on November 22, 2026. Accommodation packages cannot be divided; requests for partial stays will not be accepted.
For participants who will not be purchasing accommodation, an external participation fee must be paid in addition to the registration fee.
Prices do not include VAT (10%) and the 2% accommodation tax.
Any taxes or duties that may arise will be reflected in the prices.

Transfer
Group Transfer (Round Trip): 140,00 €
Transfer prices are valid for group transfers arriving on November 19, 2026 and departing on November 22, 2026. For transfer requests on different dates, please contact us.
Prices do not include VAT (20%).
Cancellation Policy
- A 50% cancellation penalty will apply to cancellations made until August 1, 2026.
- A 100% cancellation penalty will apply to cancellations made as of October 1, 2026.
