- Participants who do not make accommodation reservations through the organization secretariat at one of the congress hotels must pay an external participation fee in addition to the congress registration fee to access the congress hotel during the congress. The “External Participant Fee” applied by the hotel will be implemented according to the table above. This fee covers facility usage between 09:00 and 23:59. Additional charges may apply for usage outside of these hours.
- Accommodation fees cover a 3-night all-inclusive package, with check-in on 20 November 2025 and check-out on 23 November 2025. Accommodation requests must be for the full package and cannot be split.
- Participants who do not book accommodation must pay an additional external participation fee on top of the registration fee.
- Prices do not include VAT (10%) and accommodation tax (2%).
- Possible fees and taxes will be reflected in the price.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 1 August 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- From 1 October 2025 onward, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
