Recep Dursun
Prof. Dr. Recep DURSUN graduated from Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in 2001. After receiving his Emergency Medicine specialization in 2010, he completed his compulsory service at Van Regional Training and Research Hospital. While on active duty during the Van Earthquake, he assumed the responsibility of the Earthquake Crisis Coordination Center. He served as a faculty member at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine between 2013-2020. He has been serving as a Professor at the Faculty of Medicine since 2021. He is a member of the European Emergency Medicine (EUSEM) and actively participates in the Disaster Working Group. He took part in the Turkish Blood Transfusion Committee within the scope of the EU project under the Ministry of Health and took part in the Guideline preparation team. He currently serves as an instructor in the TATD Disaster School Project.
