Dr. Murat Yeşilaras graduated from Karadeniz Technical University, Faculty of Medicine, in 1999. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Dokuz Eylül University in 2004.
Dr. Yeşilaras began his professional career at the Private İzmir Kent Hospital, where he worked from 2004 to 2008. In 2010, he started working at the İzmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital, where he continues to serve. He earned the title of Associate Professor at the same institution in 2016.
Throughout his career, he has undertaken roles such as the chairman of the Ultrasonography Working Group and the Critical Care Working Group within the Emergency Medicine Association of Turkey (TATD). Dr. Yeşilaras is also board-certified and a member of the Turkish Emergency Medicine Board of Qualification. Additionally, he serves as an associate editor for the Turkish Journal of Emergency Medicine (TRJEM).
