EM@THON
About
EM@THON, which we organised for the first time in the field of 'Emergency Medicine' in our country in 2023 by the Emergency Medicine Association of Turkey, brings together Emergency Medicine physicians and IT professionals in Turkey to discuss and develop projects to accelerate and increase the accuracy of triage, patient management, diagnosis, treatment and decision processes in Emergency Medicine. We are meeting you again with "EM@THON 2024", an information technology design event in Emergency Medicine, which we will organise for the second time at EACEM 2024. You can shape the future of Emergency Medicine by participating in this special medical hackathon!
- EM@THON application and congress registrations will be made via www.eacem.org website.
- EM@THON is a Medical Hackathon. While taking part in this event, it may not be possible to actively participate in the congress.
- EM@THON Participants will be contacted with their application e-mail addresses and registered phone numbers.
- The total number of groups is determined as 5. The number of participants is limited.
- Each group must have at least 2 emergency medicine specialists or assistants and at least 2 information technology specialists or students in order to form a multidisciplinary network.
- The event will start on 14 November 10.00 and end on 16 November 09.00.
- After completing the 48-hour marathon at the congress, all teams will present their solutions in front of the jury members and participants on 16 November 11.30 in English for 5 minutes each.
- The juries will evaluate the projects of the teams in terms of originality, innovation, contribution to emergency medicine and developability on the date of presentation.
