David Wilson

David Wilson is an Emergency Medicine resident at the University of Cincinnati, the first Emergency Medicine residency program. He is the current president of the Emergency Medicine Residents' Association (EMRA), an organization that represents over 16,000 medical students, residents, and fellows. EMRA focuses on leadership, education, and advocacy for its members. EMRA has 19 committees ranging from critical care to health policy creating more than 200 leadership opportunities. EMRA also authors educational guides for Emergency Medicine practitioners to support physicians-in-training. EMRA also represents the future of Emergency Medicine and ensures that the resident voice is appreciated when changes to residency training are considered.
