Şervan Gökhan

He graduated from Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Emergency Medicine in 2008 as an Emergency Medicine Specialist. He worked as an emergency medicine specialist at Diyarbakır State Hospital, Diyarbakır Training and Research Hospital, Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital and Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospitals, respectively. He started working at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Department of Emergency Medicine in 2013. He received the title of associate professor in 2014 and professor in 2019. He continues to work as the Head of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Medicine and as an instructor at Ankara City Hospital Emergency Clinic. He served as a member of the TATD board of directors between 2009 and 2011. He was the editor and translation editor of many national and international books, especially Strauss / Mayer's Emergency Department Management and Emergency Department Leadership and Management books. Apart from Emergency Medicine, he works on health policies and writes articles on this subject in many media.
