Kaan Çelik

Assoc. Dr. Kaan Çelik has been serving as the Head of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Internal Medical Sciences, since 2017. With deep expertise in the field of emergency medicine, Dr. Çelik makes significant contributions to this field with his clinical practice and academic activities. After receiving his medical doctor title from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine, he completed his specialty training at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital and reinforced his experiences in emergency medicine practice with his scientific studies. His academic focus areas include acute respiratory failure, trauma management and multidisciplinary approaches in the emergency department, and he has published numerous conference proceedings and peer-reviewed articles on these topics at national and international levels. In addition to his academic studies, he also contributes to the development of the emergency medicine discipline with his educational activities, and stands out with both field practices and theoretical knowledge with a versatile academic perspective.
