- * All participants who do not make their accommodation reservations through the organization secretariat at one of the congress hotels are required to pay an external participation fee in addition to the congress registration fee in order to access the congress hotel during the event.
- The “External Participant Fee” set by the hotel will be applied as indicated in the table above.
- This fee covers the use of the hotel facilities between 09:00 and 23:59. An additional charge may be requested from guests who wish to use the facilities outside of these hours.
- * Accommodation fees cover a 3-night all-inclusive package stay from check-in on November 20, 2025, to check-out on November 23, 2025. The accommodation package is indivisible and cannot be shortened or split.
- * Participants who do not request accommodation are required to pay an additional external participation fee on top of the registration fee.
- * VAT (10%) and accommodation tax (2%) are not included in the prices.
- * Any additional charges or taxes that may arise will be reflected in the final price.

If there are more than 3 accompanying persons, please contact the organizing company to determine the applicable price.

For child participation requests, please send your request along with copies of the children’s ID cards to eacem@brosgroup.net. The secretariat will then add them to your registration basket.
Prices include VAT (12%).
Any additional fees or taxes that may arise will be reflected in the final price.

Round-trip group transfer (shared shuttle): €110.00
Transfer prices apply for group transfers on arrival November 20, 2025, and departure November 23, 2025.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by August 1, 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made from October 1, 2025 onward will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
