Note: The specified companion accommodation fee is only applicable for staying at Selectum Luxury Resort Hotel. If companions wish to access Titanic Deluxe Hotel, they will be required to pay an additional External Participant fee of 90 Euros per day on top of the specified amount.
The specified companion fee is valid for the accommodation of up to 2 additional companions in the same room. If there are more than 2 companions, please contact the organizing company for price determination.

- Participants who do not make accommodation reservations through the organization secretariat at one of the congress hotels must pay an external participation fee in addition to the congress registration fee to access the congress hotel during the congress. The ‘External Participant Fee’ applied by the hotel is €90 + VAT per day. This fee covers the facility usage between 09:00-22:00. Additional charges may apply for usage outside of these hours.
- Accommodation fees cover a 3-night all-inclusive package from November 14, 2024, check-in, to November 17, 2024, check-out. Accommodation requests cannot be divided into separate packages.
- For participants who do not require accommodation, either ‘daily external participation + registration fee’ or ‘Registration without Accommodation’ for all days is required.
- Prices do not include VAT (10%).
- Possible fees and taxes will be reflected in the price.
