Ideas related to the practice, education, and development of emergency medicine that can be shared interactively with congress participants will be considered.<\/p><p>Applications may, for example, take the following formats:<\/p><ul><li class=\"translation-block\"><b>Skill stations:<\/b> Airway management, mechanical ventilation, ultrasonography, resuscitation, trauma procedures, interventional procedures, or similar practical skills<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><b>Educational practices:<\/b> New teaching methods, simulations, case-based practices, or short educational activities<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><b>Gamified education<\/b>: Quizzes, card games, board games, or mini competitions<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><b>Educational materials<\/b>: Mock-ups, models, cards, posters, algorithms, checklists, or original educational tools<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><b>Projects and innovative ideas:<\/b> Ideas and projects aimed at improving emergency department operations, patient care, or education<\/li><li><strong>Digital applications:<\/strong>\u00a0Digital tools, applications, and interactive content for education or clinical practice<\/li><li><strong>Participant experiences<\/strong>\u00a0Interactive activities in which congress participants are directly involved, trying, solving, or creating something<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"translation-block\">Other creative ideas beyond these are also welcome. mock-ups, simulation equipment, printed documents, game materials, or other activity-specific materials will be prepared and provided by the applicant team.<\/li><li>If stickers, small gifts, refreshments, or competition prizes are planned to be distributed to participants, providing them is also the responsibility of the applicant team.<\/li><li>The content described in the application is expected to be appropriate for the congress setting and to comply with scientific and professional ethical principles.<\/li><li>The number of accepted activities may be limited according to the Educational materials, mock-ups, simulation tools, cards, game materials, printed documents, or digital applications may be used on the table.<\/p><p>The arrangement of the area should not obstruct the use of other EM-IDEA tables or disrupt the functioning of the shared congress area.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2253\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Team Structure<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div
