Points and Rules to be Considered During Paper Submission<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Bildiri \u00f6zetleri, web sitesi \u00fczerinden bildiri sistemi kullan\u0131larak online \u015fekilde 12. Avrasya Acil T\u0131p Kongresi (EACEM) i\u00e7in \u0130ngilizce ve 22. T\u00fcrkiye Acil T\u0131p Kongresi (TATKON) i\u00e7in T\u00fcrk\u00e7e olacak \u015fekilde\u00a0g\u00f6nderilmelidir. Bildirinizin kongre sonras\u0131 yay\u0131nlanacak bildiri \u00f6zet kitab\u0131nda\u00a0Tam Metin<\/strong>\u00a0olarak yer almas\u0131n\u0131 isterseniz \u00f6zetiniz ile birlikte sistem i\u00e7erisinde yer alan\u00a0Tam Metin<\/strong>\u00a0sekmesinden gerekli eklemeyi yapabilirsiniz. Tam Metninizin Kaynaklar dahil olmak \u00fczere 1.200 kelimeyi a\u015fmamas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Sistemden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak e-mail ve posta yoluyla g\u00f6nderilen bildiri \u00f6zetleri kabul edilmeyecektir. \u0130nternet \u00fczerinden g\u00f6nderilen \u00f6zetler, kabul edilmesi halinde ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde yay\u0131nlanaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yaz\u0131m hatalar\u0131na dikkat edilmesi gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kongreye bildiri g\u00f6nderen sunan yazar\u0131n kongre kay\u0131t i\u015flemini en ge\u00e7 5 Kas\u0131m \u00c7ar\u015famba saat 17.00\u2019a kadar<\/strong> yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 olan ya da belirtilen zaman diliminde kongrede sunulmayan bildiriler, kongre kitab\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spelling Rules<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Abstracts and full papers will be collected via online submission system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Academic titles should not be used in author names.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Names should be written in lower case with only the first letter capitalised.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be indicated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Only the first letter of the title should be capitalised. (Abbreviations are exceptions.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If abbreviations are used in the text, the full name of the abbreviation should be given in brackets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The aim of the study and the methods used should be briefly stated in the text, the findings should be summarised with sufficient numerical detail and the conclusion should be explained within the framework of the findings presented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Except for case presentations; the text should be written using the titles of aim, method, findings and conclusion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • In the aim section, encyclopaedic information about the subject of the study should be avoided, which gap in the literature the study fills, why it is planned, and the main purpose of the study should be briefly stated. For case presentations, you are expected to state the features of your case that are worthy of presentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participants decide the language of the paper according to the congress category (TATKON or EACEM) they choose while uploading the paper. If the national congress category is selected, the participant uploads the paper to the system in Turkish and presents it in Turkish at the congress. Papers uploaded by selecting the international category are uploaded to the system in English and presented in English at the congress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The entire text should not exceed 600 words<\/b>, excluding the title, author's name and surname.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \"The same paper cannot be submitted to both national and international sections of the congress\"<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • ONLY one table and one picture can be included in the text.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Abstracts that do not comply with any of these items will be excluded from the evaluation regardless of their content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Evaluation of Papers<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The evaluation will be made over the internet by at least two referees from the Paper Evaluation Committee, keeping the names\/surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential (blind evaluation). Scoring will be done as a result of the evaluations made by the referees and their acceptance will be notified.. In order for your paper to be included in the abstract book to be published after the congress, at least one of the authors of the paper must complete the congress registration until 30 October 2025 at the latest. The evaluation result will be sent to all paper owners by e-mail as a result letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Oral Presentation Information<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Papers accepted as oral presentations can be prepared with any of the electronic presentation programmes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The time allocated for each presentation will be indicated in the acceptance letters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Although the abstract is accepted, the works of the authors who do not present their papers on the day and time specified during the congress will be removed from the congress proceedings book.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
